Have you taken it offroad yet to test the clearance of the skid plate?

Also, are you running the stock or an aftermarket skid plate?

been on 2 day-long wheeling trips, sway bar clearance is fine on the passenger side of the skid that i cut the notch, no interference there.

however, on the driver's side, the forward bolt head for the piston was contacting the skid plate, and yes i have aftermarket skids, 4xinnovations. what i ended up doing after hours of that bolt knocking into the skid making horrid sounds, was cutting a 2.25" hole on each side of the skid to allow clearance. didn't need to on the passenger side, but for symmetry purposes, this is the route i went.

I have a Dobinsons IMS setup 2-2.5ish front lift with Treaty Oak KDSS spacers and just installed an RCI engine skid today (KDSS compatible) and had zero clearance issues. I still need to test offroad but I don’t see any real issues occurring. I’ve been running this setup for over a year now and it’s been solid af.

I did have to trim my stock skid back when the lift was first installed. Just added the RCI skid today, easy peasy.
