What do you do with these?

When you need to use the cup holders for something larger, what do you do with these?

 

Glove compartment

there have been several times i get into the office and its stuck on the bottom of my water bottle or coffee thermal, lol..

I ended up taking both of them out and they are sitting in the garage..

 

Ours end up on the floor most of the time or the center armrest. I would like to come up with a dedicated storage option because the get swapped in and out multiple times a day.

 

I took them out when I bought the truck, I haven’t seen them since.

 

Funny, ~1 mile into a hike on Sunday I looked over and noticed it was on the bottom of my wife's water bottle... sigh. We went back to put it back, my OCD often gets the best of me...

 

i hear ya, sometimes gets the best of me too.. well, the bright side is you go an extra mile of exercise in on your hike ..

I lost my big cup insert. Would like to replace but OEM replacement is expensive.

 

Sounds like some people here will sell you there’s for cheap haha!

 

I love that black interior in them limiteds...wish sr5 had the option

 

It's 2022 and we're asking for cup holders for our cup holders

 

Not everything is made as perfect as it can be for a certain need, if Toyotacant make a proper needle bearing for a front differential, how well can you trust the cup holder now!?

I took them out as soon as I got home from the dealer. Anything smaller in my cup holders just has to deal with it. Most everything I put in there fits, so...

Mine made it out of the truck and on to the garage workbench on week 1 of ownership. Now I look at them sitting there every time I walk by and wonder where the hell I will put them. Thanks for reminding me (again)!

Hell yeah! Mine is from 1990...ish. I even bought two more recently, as it's seen better days. Right now it stays on my bed as one of my cats has a chronic sinus infection and sneezes a lot. I'm tired of explaining "no, it's cat snot. I swear!".

 

We put em in the door cup area when we take out and then put back when needed..
