This induction stove (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B0753699Y2?ie=UTF8) was the least expensive that fit the space. It's rated at 1800 watts when using the two burners. It cooks really fast, so less time cooking. By no means am I a chef making elaborate meals offroad, I simply need to cook to eat but did not want other fuel sources, ie propane/butane/etc. I was also curious as to what is capable in such a small space.

I have a 200ah battery bank (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B088RM4W48?ie=UTF8) (and RedArc RedVision BMS, all behind the driver seat) with a Renogy 3k watt inverter (under the passenger seat) and a 200watt solar panel (on the roof). While the battery bank has been sufficient, something not realized during the build but only after began using the individual systems is that most of the energy is used between dinner and breakfast, when not driving and the sun is not available to recharge the battery. Thus, the challenge is to not use up the stored battery power between dinner and breakfast. Especially when it's cold, as I also have an electric heater that is used during the same dark hours for sleeping.

Not sure if you've seen other pictures of the stove so I added this picture too. The stove is on coffee table lifts (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B079JQN539?ie=UTF8) for multiple purposes, (1) I could be wrong, but the stove being a glass-top, I believe the stove is better protected from bouncing offroad by being inside another container, (2) the cooling fans are under the stove, thus this lift allows the fans greater surface area to cool the stove (I travel mostly in Sonoran Desert area and it's hot here), (3) the stove's storage container serves as a sink and additional prep area, (4) when the stove is not hot from use, I put a rubber pad over the stove and use it as a table too, whether in the stowed or lifted position. (Oh yea, I also Ninja Foodi oven under the bed too, which draws another 1800 watts and cannot be used together with the stove as the draw will overwhelm the inverter. In this picture, making chocolate chip cookies too--takes 12 mins.)

Thanks for asking. Hope that helps.

I started planning my raptor light install...

Where did you run the long cable from the lights to avoid sharp edges? I'm thinking of running under the horn and through a metal piece down there that has something like a rubber flap around it and then along the side behind the battery.
Did you run the lighting wiring into the cabin or keep it all in the engine bay? Im thinking of running into the cabin to a dedicated switch in the dash so I can control when theyre on and off.

I ran it under the horn and along the side, pretty much like you descirbed and took some zip ties to clean up the extra wires.. I ran it in to through the cabin and used the ACC fuse spot ( I read on here it was good ok to do by several users) raptor lights come on at start which is what I wanted..
there is a good install video I refference on their site..olny thing is depeding on the year 4R the fuse slot he used was different.. I have a 2021 that's why I had to look into a different fuse slot..

Looks great! Can't beat the OEM wheel offset to reduce the chance of rubbing.

not bad for $4 rain gutter guard..zip tied in the groves of the oem grill, makes them less noticeable..

Great idea. Did you get a specific size width to cover top to bottom or did you have to use multiple pieces to cover the height?

one piece is just big enough to cover the bottom section. To do the top requires a separate/second piece to do.

@J4runner -- V Nice idea hiding in those grooves!! - didn't occur to me when i did mine - i'll be making that update this weekend to mine.

i purchased this (link above).. one piece is all you need and if fits perfecty.. I used shear cutters to cut in half.. what I did is measured the OEM grill to the TSS and did a cardboard cut out.. then took that and placed it againts the gutter rain guard for guide to get a straight cut..the rain guard comes with a slight curl at the end..I just used some thumb muscle to flaten and took a towel to place over the gutter guard and softly hammered to flatten (this is optional) IMO..

again I saw this mod shared on here, felt easy enought to do..

    again thanks for sharing!

I thought about doing the top but I have raptor lights.. so it will require a thoughful process of cutting..def thinking abou it..

I did something similar to my Golf R after a few guys took a rock to either their radiator, or the oil and trans coolers on the sides. The ONLY downside is when travelling through a state that has a lot of bug, like say montana...

Oh yeah, that car wash was brutal, I think it took me 90 minutes just to do the front bumper and hood. But I did find a spot where a rock put a small dent in my metal grill, so it did its job and saved my oil cooler. :)

I did a drive through N. Dakota during the nightly grasshopper orgies. I know all about the baked-on fuggers. Took me about 90 mins to do just the front, too. The radiator was also full of 'em. That took a good while to clean, too. Power washer to the rescue.

These wheels are starting to grow on me as well. I was close to selling them and even placed an order for a new set of KMCs that I canceled soon after. I might just get them powder coated and be done with the wheel search.

I don't think so? I want to say it only works on specific models 2019 and back.

Installed window visors today and received my TRD SEMA wheels from UPS. Made my appointment for installation tomorrow. My heritage grill is also arriving on Thursday. Bought my 4Runner about ten days ago, and plasti dipped the emblems right away. I don’t even have my plates yet and am driving around on temp tags.

Nothing crazy but I got my 4runner aligned today after installing the lift. I will say the jba uca are everything they are cracked up to be. And the shop that performed the alignment, turned out to be a great shop with awesome equipment and techs! For anyone in the central pa area, iron valley offroad and customs check them out.

Now that my suspension settled a little, I love the stance!

I'm about to do my first real mod, 2-1 lift and some new wheels. My issue has been finding reference pics for the offset on the wheels I'm looking at, they're -25. I'll try to attach a pic, but essentially I found a calculator that I plugged the stock Trail/TRD OR wheel specs into and the new specs. It says that -25 will extend the outside edge of my wheel 53mm/2.08in. I measured it, and if it's correct it will give me a nice, but not not to extreme wheel/tire poke out beyond the fenders, which is what I want.

I'd like to know if everything looks right with the math, specs, and calculator so I can start buying stuff.[IMG]

Well what size tires do you want to put on? Wider tires provides extra poke.

i have -12mm offset and it gives just the right amount of poke with 285’s. I get dirt and mudd up the side of my rig pretty good. I wouldn’t want it anymore than -12mm.
