Turn signal and Tail light Problem

On my 1990 4 runner my problem first came up when I turned my headlights on and the left blinker stayed sold lit and did not work while the right signal worked. But when the headlights were off both signals worked normally.
Now more recently, my dash, tail, and parking lights went out along with both turn signals. The fuses for each were blown. If I replace the fuses the tail light fuse blows if I turn the head lights on and the turn signal fuse blows if I turn the signal on.

I just ordered a new turn switch since this is where both turn signal and head lights are turned on and off.
Any other ideas?
