I took it in to my buddy's shop and he put new rotors and pads on the front. I told him I felt a vibration and upon checking, he said it would need new bushings in the rack. He ordered steering rack and pinion bushings, poly ones were only $60.00. While in there, I will put new KYB struts in the front for $149 each. Parts are not to bad, labor gets ya, lol. Whole job about $1,000, cash. Everything else he checked looked and felt tight for a 161,300 vehicle. The previous owner was a mechanic, but retired, but did do the timing belt, oil changes and trans fluid changes. He also did the valve cover gaskes to.

I have the same issue on an '02 SR5. It starts to vibrate at about 68 mph and will stop around 72-73 mph. It's not violent or anything but can be felt. Looks like I might need to get new rack bushings as well, unless there's something else that can cause it.
