Replacing dead clock with something else? Has anyone used AT-205 Re-Seal on their 5VZ-FE motor? Which timing belt/water pump kit to get?

    1996 4 Runner
    Someone decided they neededmy Catylitic Convertor more than me.I had to decide on a aftermarket replacement due to funds.Can a Catyliticconvertor affect my RPMs.My Truck starts right upand runs great but after I get home from work ,if I go right back out and start the RPMs are very low (500) and it dies.i have to let it cool all the way down and restart and runs fine till I turn it off and try to restart then low RPMs
