Rear View Camera

I just noticed on the rear view camera I was not able to see the bumper or part of the license plate. When backing up I was afraid to get close the the red line because I really don’t know how close is the object, this started two days ago. I went to Stevinson Toyota and the technician told us normal. We get 12 people a day inquiring about the same thing. If you notice on the picture the image is not even either. The bottom left corner is different than the right one. Any input?

 

I see your bumper and part of the license plate, but, it does appear to be 'crooked', imagine this is annoying, perhaps the camera is cocked in the mounting hole, maybe some sort of shim would help, if it's applicable. Not sure how they are mounted in the hole, looks like a lot of work to change.

 

It is annoying and it was not like that. Will go back to the dealership during the week and will check other 4runners.
