Tire Pressure Sensors?

Quick question.

I recently put the wheels and tires off my tacoma on my 4runner. The setup has my tacomas oem tire pressure sensors in them still. Since they are oem toyota sensors, can the dealer program them to work in my 4runner? Or do I need to swap the sensor?

 

This may help to reprogram. I guess it depends on your year.

 

See if the part numbers and sensor type/mhz are the same. What year 4R? I know the Tundra sensors for the 2020 and newer are a different mhz.
