I’m new to the forum. I’m trying to replace a loose grill on my 1997 4runner. I noticed the reason it’s loose is because the attachment point to the black part that is circled is broken. What is the name for this black part that the light and the grille on the upper corner is attached to? Is it something easy to do myself?upload_2022-2-12_13-8-35.jpg

Go to partsouq.com, put in your vin, go to electrical, click on headlamp diagram.

There you can get the part numbers if you need them for your year.

For 2002 they are (may fit your year or not):
    8110535231 - HOUSING SUB-ASSY, HEADLAMP, RH
    8110635211 - HOUSING SUB-ASSY, HEADLAMP, LH

You may need to remove the bumper assembly to replace, unsure. But I have removed the bumper assembly and it's easy.
