Hard start up and high idle

    97 4runner 3rz
    I have a 97 4runner it had a blown 3rz so I bought a used one from a friend and did the swap now it runs it just take a while to get it to start and when it does it idles between 1k- 1.5k and has the check engine light on I scanned it and it showing a P0120 code which is a be TPS code.I cleaned TB and IAC to see if that would do it but still no change should I just change the TPS?
