Tacoma wheels fit my 01 4Runner?

I have an '01 4runner that needs new tires. I found a good deal on some that came with wheels off a newer Tacoma. Seems like the same lug pattern. Wondering if they will fit?

Wheels yes. As a package, depends on tire size

 

The tires are the same size. If you're sure the wheels are compatible, then I'm gtg.

As long its not that dumb 2wd tacoma with the 5 lug. those are 5x114.3. Almost all other Toyota trucks(except New tundras and sequoias) from Old to new are 6x5.5 or 6x139.7. I can swap all 4 of my trucks tires with out issues. All same lugs and all need to be at least 16" wheels, Some say 15'' can fit with some grinding of calipers(long story, aka dont do it)... YOUR truck should be 6x5.5 or 6x139.7 with minimum of a 16'' wheel, I dont remember 4runners ever using 5 lug.
