Starting a few weeks ago Entune has been disconnecting from my iPhone during calls. Is anyone else having this problem?

I am going to install iOS 15.3 tonight to see if that helps.

I have already checked for any available Entune updates and I did not see anything new there.

    Thanks!

Oh No! it is not an uncommon issue and Apple blames Toyota so and yes Toyota Blames Apple and I am going to blame both Entune kinda sucks to begin with as it is. One fix is disconnect the Iphone from Entune and reinstall it however that will not 100% fix it.

To do it unpair the phone blue tooth and clear the phone from Entune then start fresh, Go to Settings > Bluetooth, and turn off Bluetooth. Wait for about 5 seconds, then turn Bluetooth back on. Also make sure that you remove it from Entunes and start fresh.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I have already tried those things in the past and again recently for this new issue. I will find out this week if iOS 15.3 helps at all.

Looks like the 15.3 iOS update fixed whatever the issue was... fingers crossed.

    next time, delete and re-pair.
as for entune, it is an abomination and should have no place in a 2022 vehicle. 2013, maybe.
