    Hi All!

I just purchased a white 2022 TRD Sport in Utah. I love the ride of the Sport but I want to make some changes to make look a little more like a TRD Pro (it already has the hood scoop!).

Hopefully I didn't just buy the wrong model but it was the only one they had and they didn't mark up the price like some dealers are doing. Either way I love the vehicle and looking forward to learning tips on upgrades and other items here!

    Thanks,

    Isaac

Welcome from Co. Same thing kinda for me, got a limited for the creature comforts and then decided to change a bunch of stuff.wheels ,tires, suspension, exhaust, intake, sliders.Love it so far but the bumpers -front and rear will complete it.

Niiice! I just joined too. I got a black TRD Sport in 4x4. I’m going to start with predator steps and see how that looks. I’m excited about adding some more rugged addons to the limited-esque body style. The more I look at the front end, the more I really like these TRD Sports. White looks good too.

I'm trying to figure out what to do on running boards. Supposedly most aren't compatible with the rocker panels so I'm not sure which if any are compatible.

I just looked it up last night. They have predator tube steps for the 2022 TRD Sports and limited actually. Looked on the chassis of mine this morning and there’s six bolts on each side where the steps will mount. If you look at the compatibility on Toyota.com it just says 2022 4Runner and no specific model. I’m excited to put the predator steps on mine. I think it’ll be kinda unique.

I verified mine has the same six bolts but it seems the rocker panels add 2-3 inches of body below the bolts that could be an issue. I assumed this was why they aren't compatible. Let me know how it works out.
