Build Thread

What’s up everybody, I wanted to have a thread where I talk about everything I’ve done to my 4Runner, problems and solutions I’ve run into, and also wanted to hear from other people about anything else that this thread may turn into. Welcome

 

Here is everything I’ve done so far.

I’ve had a 4 inch maxtrac spindle lift for what feels like forever now and I finally put that on about a week ago.

I also put on a 1.5 inch rear daystar lift in the back not realizing how much height different it would be, so for now we are in squat city.

Put 2.2” rear eibach struts in the back, which are amazing.

 

Today I ordered 2 inch rear lift springs and 10mm spacers for the rear to attempt to level it more without having to pay for new struts.

Also today I got an alignment, new slotted rotors, and new tires! Firestone Destination XT in 275/60r20! It rides so nice in comparison to some reviews I’ve read on them, they ride just like stock tires and are extremely quiet.

To stop the mild rubbing, I did the fender liner push back mod and trimmed a very small amount with a dremel. Really love the way this thing is coming together. I’ll post some more update pics when the springs/spacers come in next week!
