None. Bone Stock. EXCEPT: Brushguard, tow hitch, both welded to the frame. It's good to have friends and a fully equipped garage!
They're both on the top of the valley between the heads. You do have to take the intake system off, the throttle body, the manifold, and so forth, to get to them, but they're not that bad at all. Just make sure you get the gaskets for the various parts before you start.

Also, quite often the problem isn't the sensor itself, but it's the pigtail that feeds the sensor data into the wire loom. So, it's a good idea to get the pigtail and just replace them when you replace the sensors. That way you don't wind up having to take all the intake stuff off again to replace the pigtails.

The actual sensor are screwed into the block under the heads, IIRC, on the driver's side, front and rear of the valley. Easy to see and replace, once the intake stuff is off.

Speaking of, first, this is a real good opportunity to clean out the intake stuff. A few shots of carb cleaner does wonders for them. Second, be careful putting the intake stuff back on. You can easily knock an injector loose, and get a fuel leak. Kinda dangerous.

Overall, not that difficult an evolution, especially for an experienced wrench turner.

There's the pictures, from the FSM, of the parts placement for the knock sensors.
Hope all this is some small help.
    Good luck!

Isn't that diagram for the V6, might look different on the 2.7. If it is under the intake you should change the fuel filter while your at it because Toyota put it under the intake for some reason
