These wheels seem to have a 112mm hub bore which is larger than the 106mm 4R hub. Do you guys that have these wheels on your 4R bother with hub centric adapter rings or just go lug centric?

I have the rings. But, one of them went missing during a rotation, and I have no issues.

The shop I bought them from provided them.

Same thing happened to us when we had black rhino wheels. I used the rings I had, but the other without was fine until the day we sold that vehicle.
