so I have noticed that if I hit any obstacle in the road I can feel a thump under my feet. Any idea of what this could be? Also I have water on my passenger floorboard. People have told me its my heater core. But if it was, wouldn't my violent levels be getting low? They have not changed at all. The moisture is water for sure so could it be from my Ac? Any ideas and tips would be appreciated

Most likely heater core. Very prominent in Jeep Grand Cherokees.

Make sure the drain for the a/c isnt clogged. The evaporator pan could be over flowing. there is a black hose on the firewall on the passenger side. They are not always easy to find
