After stumbling here and reading an entire thread on head units, I thought I might join. I have a 2014 SR5 Premium that I found for a decent deal with under 100,000 miles -- have had it for about a year. I slapped a Gobi low profile rack on it for mounting accessories like awning, kayaks(future), fishing poles, tools, gas/water, and etc..

Impending mods/accessories, coming to me currently:
    Raingler Full Ceiling attic:
https://raingler.com/products/2010-newer-toyota-4runner-5th-gen-front-to-back-ceiling-storage -- will post pics when this is installed.
    Dasaita Head Unit:
    https://www.amazon.com/2012-2019-Bluetooth-Navigation-Multimedia-Wireless/dp/B088ZT88TS
IronMan 4x4 6.5ft Awning with the quick release kit (you can mount tools to the quick release brackets):

In the pipeline, not in the immediacy:
    1. Steel rear bumper, I swiped my bumper backing out of my treacherous ass drive way in a hurry one day, Toyota wants 2grand for a replacement, and steel bumpers are about that. Not a hard install. Will be posting in the future for advice and guidance on that.
    2. With a heavier bumper comes suspension upgrades. Will likely lift 2" with some Bilsteins. Will post in the future for general chat and guidance/advice.
    3. This thing came with General AT Grabber Winter tires on stock wheels, and no TPMS. I'm not going to waste them, awesome tires, so I'm driving them year round til they wear out. The problem is, they're doing fine with my volume of driving, so this might be a while. I don't mind. I've taken them in treacherous mountain terrain and they are beastly. I want to get some 32", 175 variants of some sort on some bronz-ish colored rims -- will match the blue nicely.
    4. Rockers and further scrape armor.

A lot of the 4x4 access i've been on hasn't required a ton of modification, the stock vehicle is capable, but turning this into a safari vehicle is going to be fun. I'm likely going to get my HAM license in the future and pop an antenna and radio in the truck -- so many uses.

That's the truck. Me, I'm a computer engineer.

So there you have my intentions and I can't wait to participate here. This community seems awesome at the surface.
