So I'm getting a groaning / low pitched squeak noise when the window goes up or down. I took off the door panel and hit the tracks with WD40 silicone lube best I could a few months ago but it's come back. It doesn't appear to affect how long it takes to roll the window up or down so I don't believe it's catching on anything.

Is there anything special I should be using on these tracks to silence it?

You could try drying the area real good and then applying dry graphite powder. Good stuff
