OEM Audio Plus Reference 500 3rd Row 4Runner $1400 OBO.

Sorry I may have posted this in the wrong spot originally. I recently purchased a 2021 SR5 Premium 4Runner for my wife in July. I got her whatever she wanted for it in order for her to like it it including the sound system. Long story short it just doesn't make her happy. The 4Runner not the sound system. I have all the original boxes for the speakers and as soon as I get a buyer for it I'll take it out of her 4Runner. The system is the Reference 500 setup with Subwoofer. It does not have the dedicated sub amp. As stated in the title it's the sub that works for a third row but I"m not 100 percent sure why it wouldn't work for a non third row. You could ask OEM audio those questions I suppose. This was installed in a 21 and you would also need to ask what other years it works for. I'd say it should work for the smaller screen 4runners too but again ask them first. Feel free to ask any questions. The system is worth it. The stock speakers are garbage.

$1200 Shipped get anyones attention? I'd almost rather let them sit on the shelf for anything lower unless you are in the midwest and shipping will be cheap.

Sounds good. Could even do a sub swap with them if they’ll do it for a couple bucks. I could ship that part back to them if they’ll agree.

 

OE got back to me. Said the system would be approximately a 75% fit for my truck. It wouldn't be "specifically tuned" to my car and the subwoofer would not work unfortunately. I asked if they would be willing to swap the sub but no response now on their end.

 

Good to know on the subwoofer anyways. Well it'll here here.

 

If you don't get any other offers and would be willing to take 1000$ for it let me know. Shipping is to 89503. Unfortunately can't justify spending that much on something I can't guarantee would work all the way. Otherwise, glws!
