So I am looking to get some wheels but I’m confused about The bore size. I am looking at the black rhino stadium wheels 17×8 1/2 inches. In the website when I insert my vehicle type, it says that it fits. But the bore size for a 2015 4runner is 106 mm and these rims are 112 mm. My question is does it really fit properly? Is it even recommend it? I don’t see how he can, being that it’s bigger than the bore size of the vehicle yet the website says it does. Can someone make sense of this? Thank you

Buy hub centric rings. I was looking into this a while ago for a different vehicle. I was told they do that to fit more vehicles, and to just buy metal hub centric rings for your bore size. They can be found online.

As @Brawwp mentioned, there are adapters available.

I have Stadiums, and no issues with balancing or wobble. I did lose one of the adapters, but it hasn't caused any trouble. I assume it fell out during a rotation and I just didn't notice.

There aren't many options for wheels the come in the proper bore, so I just got what I liked. I've been on aftermarket wheels for about 65K miles and have no complaints.

Here's a picture from the day I installed mine:

Which size metal hub centric rings did you use, being that I am getting the same 112mm wheels that you have?

To be honest, I don't know. They were provided by the off-road shop I bought them from.

I will say that these wheels and tires have always been perfectly smooth, except when I had gobs of mud lodged in the wheels. :D

What offset did you choose for that stadblack rhino? And what tire size are you running?

I have the 0 offset version. Those tires are 295/70/17.
