About time Hot Wheels 5th Gen 4Runner

I told my wife I want one and she rolled her eyes. Then she started looking for one. After looking at the price she is like… you have a life size one in the driveway.
Hoping to run into one at Walmart for a good deal.

 

I use Aircraft Remover by Rustoleum. I just dunked the body in a plastic cup and the paint just bubbles and melts right off. I plan to use Krylon all in one spray with a gloss coat after.

 

They just dont get it, do they?

 

Finally got around to customizing mine. Stripped & painted, lifted, added spacers, wheels, and headlights from an Audi RS6..lol.

 

I got suckered into buying a lot of them on Ebay. I have a bottle of silver touch up so I figured I would see what I could do with a sharpie on one and if I messed it up (which I kind of did) I could strip and paint with the silver paint.

 

I keep looking for another 1 or 5 at Walmart. No luck.
Even hit a Walmart in Cape Coral Florida that was restocking the toy car isle. None to be had.

 

Yeah I just bit the bullet and got mine on fleabay. By the time I drive everywhere looking for one, almost equals in gas how much they go for on fleabay.

 

yeah, especially if you’re driving the 4runner lol.

I never go to walmart, but today I stopped in to see if they had any. Target is next. The hunt begins…

 

I didn't see any at our Target. I even looked online. The Hot Wheels/Mattel site doesn't even show it.

 

Does the steering wheel shake on the Hot Wheels version too?

 

I love my kid.
whenever she’s out with friends she has them search the hot wheels bins for Tacomas, FJ’s, 4Runners, etc!!!!!

They can but the white 4Runner is $25 plus shipping. I just can’t justify paying $30-$40 for a hot wheels car.
