    Remember though, what's shown in that video is a Ford dealer problem, not a Ford Motor Company problem. We've never seen any hack repairs at a Toyota dealership now have we? :confused:

    True, that’s what the videos about. I thought it was interesting that the fellow in the video made a comment, something to the effect that he had replaced tons of water pumps on these vehicles.

    Mac is a good technician and works on a lot of cars. When you work on a lot of cars, you replace a lot of parts. My son used to work at a Toyota dealership, and he replaced lots of parts. That didn't mean all of the Toyotas he worked on were poor quality. Remember, a water pump - on any vehicle - is not a lifetime part.
