These came on this morning, and the car was just sitting in the driveway all yesterday. Has anyone had these two warning lights come on, and if so, what was wrong? The engine seems fine, but I can feel the stability control is off.

Read the code from the OBD2 to see what the issue is. It can sometimes be the gas cap but not always. It is normal for the VSC light to come on with the CEL.

Lights all around. IVD front standard travel
Those lights together typically means the gas cap wasn’t screwed on right… it’s happened to me twice (thanks to the wife) usually goes away once you put the gas cap on right

You need to scan it first and go from there. That means all systems engine, brake and trans. Everything else is speculation until then.

When those two lights came on for me (two weeks into ownership), it was a rodent-chewed ignition wire.

Just something to consider, not saying that's your issue.

Thanks everyone. I checked the gas cap and that wasn’t it. I do live in a rural area and the car was sitting in the driveway all day before the lights came on, so rodents chewing on something is definitely something to be considered. I have an appointment at my mechanic’s next week, just curious who else might have had this problem.
