Wife has 2021 nightshade with the oem black gloss 20s. Looking to replace all 24 chrome with black. She does have a wheel lock on all 4. Do the make a black wheel lock or have to keep oem regular? P# would be greatly appreciated for all wheels.
    TIA

I put PT0766020002 on one of mine, no locker.

The other came with black lugs and has a locker. So they do make it.

PVD = an acronym for the coating on the lugs. It stands for Physical Vapor Deposition.

In short its a coating to help reduce/eliminate corrosion and reduce scratching which leads to corrosion.

The PVD coating is precisely why the Toyota black lugs cost so much more than many aftermarket black lugs you’ll find. All of the aftermarket cheapies are either painted or black oxide coated. All of which will end up rusting and looking like pooh….

I'm hopeful taking delivery of a Pro in 2 weeks and went looking for black wheels locks on Toyota's parts site as they are not apparently dealer installed. Ordered them last night. They get shipped to one of a handful of dealers (but not all) that are local to you. I believe that they are still running a Black Friday 10% off + Free shipping on orders > $75.

As a new owner of 2 4Runners, I stocked up on several maintenance items as well.
