    Pinstripes, lots of em. Plus a couple dents.
    I leave soft shackles attached to my kinetic recovery rope. They are much faster to use with my rear D ring hitch shackle. No need to unscrew the D ring.

    Really the only time I need to unscrew the D Ring is when using chain to pull downed trees out of the way. Since I'm off road almost every weekend, I leave my shackles on.

    But I'll probably swap it over to my Nissan pickup and get a Factor 55 hitch shackle.

    Edited to add: I'd rather replace a relatively inexpensive soft shackle than an expensive kinetic recovery rope.
