And my aftermarket remote won't start the engine. Everything seemed fine 'till I brought it to the dealer last week for a defective battery. I checked the fuse box, can't even find fuses for the above.

Is it possible that the ECM somehow lost partial programming? This weekend I finally finished installing my remote oil filter kit, but didn't really touch any wires. I relocated a bracket just next to the fuse box. It had two relay-type doohickeys on it, but the connectors are on tight and no wire seems cut etc.

Any ideas? It's under warranty, so I'll bring it in if necessary. Jez trying to avoid the 2-3 week wait for servicing.

Roll your window all the way up.

As per the title, the window doesn't work either. Though to be honest, it definitely would've been a strong possibility

Correction: The window was the culprit. I'd rolled it down last week and didn't roll it up all the way. Lesson learned.

Thx to 08TXRunner, I owe you a beer but I'd be happy to throw a whole meal down your gullet LOL.

PS: With my luck, you live in Montreal.. *grin*.
