Year 2000 Side Mirrors

    Does anyone know how to replace the Side Mirrors on the 2000 4R? The glass on both of mine are cracked and they need replacing but I'm not sure what do get because I don't know how they go on to the mirror mount.

    Edit: It needs to pass a TX safety inspection.

    You could just get the glass and glue over the cracked one?

    If you're looking to replace just the glass you should be able to pry it and it'll pop off. Do so carefully as the wires for the heating element are still attached. I haven't run into any side mirrors that had a different removal procedure yet. It's just some plastic tabs that snap into a backer plate.
