Any suggestions on what to try? I see the Gen 4 guys with this issue find the cabin temp sensor is a frequent cause. Where is that located on a Gen 5? I want to avoid the dealer as I don't trust them to just say i need a new control unit for thousands of $$.

    Thanks.

I wish I knew what to tell you. I had the same problem on my '15 Limited. It really was either too hot or too cold. It never blended well at all.

If it has a cabin air filter make sure it is clean. Insufficient airflow will ice up your ac coil and it will blow warm. Then when it thaws it will blow cold.
