I replaced halogen fogs on my 2015 sr5 with Toyota led fogs.direct fit plug and play! Huge improvement for a small price... I have both original halogens if you want them.. Toyota may say they don’t fit, but they do

I have these you can have. Removed brackets for another project.
You might be able to swap housings to your mounts.

Before you install a new housing, have you dug into what's causing the water to get in in the first place? My bet would be the aftermarket bulbs - which are notorious for poor fit and sealing. Just something to think about.

From looking at your picture they appear to be halogen, not led

The way the rubber gasket seats around the bulb is kind of the weak link here. I just looked at mine and it’s real easy to get it twisted a little so it’s conceivable yours is a little bit out of place and leaky.

Your best bet is to remove the whole fog light assembly and inspect it. It’s very easy on the driver side, from underneath.

If you really have a crack in the plastic foglight housing or lens someone here will sell you their take-offs. I even have a pair I’ll sell for cheap.
