Maybe someone can help me and point me in the right direction. Just installed the 5100s set at 1.75. Compared to another 4Runner (same model and rear) post install and only picked up just over a inch in height. Kept the factory tire size and put 1 in cornfeds in the rear. I've double checked the settings and they're set on the 1.75 setting. I expected from everything I read on this setup was at least a 1.5 to 2 inch increase. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi TX4R81...

The first question you'll get asked is what clip ring did you set the 5100's on. For the 1.75" setting, your clips should be on the 3rd ring up from the bottom. Can you confirm that this is where you set them?

I recently installed 5100's on my 2021 OR using the OEM coils and set mine on the 2nd ring up from the bottom for an advertised .85" lift and ended up with 1 1/4" of lift as measured from center of hub to bottom of fender. I'll share a pic of what this looks like on my rig below. If you can get a similar shot of your install and share, the crew here can weigh in on if the ring was set correctly...

    Cheers,
    Bob

I'm on the 3rd from bottom. Only 1 left is the tallest setting.

Hopefully someone else can chime in but I’ve read that the position of the coil affects the end lift height as well.

We set the coils to the exact place they were on the factory set to make sure everything aligned going back on.

    TX4R81,

From what you are sharing, there don't seem to be any installation issues so offering one more thing to confirm as follows. Check the part# on the Bilstein 5100 front shocks and make sure the supplier gave you the correct shock. If they are correct, then I am out of things for you to review...

Below is what you should have....

    Cheers,
    Bob
