Sounds like it's your driver side inner fender flap flopping around.
Very common, easy fix. Search for the threads on it.

My 2018 TRD OR sounds exactly like that from time to time. I went underneath and wiggled that fender flap, and yes it made that exact noise. Haven't gotten around to fixing it since it comes and goes, but I'd agree with the diagnosis above.

Hi there, did you ever pin point this noise? I got the same on my 2020. Any help appreciated.

I just put a few dabs of silicon on the flap and fasteners.

First I took the flap loose and touched up the frame where the flap had been rubbing the paint off.

Thanks. Did you remove the flap and take pins out and put silicone on them and then reinstall OR did you just dab some silicone on the pins and flap edges while it was still attached? I’m notorious for destroying those pin upon removal.

It's been awhile but I think I ran a bead of silicon along the top edge of the flap too in addition to coating the male part of the plastic retainers before reinserting.

Funny thing, the driver side flap would make the noise mainly when I was driving with a cross wind from the drivers side. I did both driver and passenger flaps as a precaution.

At any rate I would take the flap loose and make sure the paint on the frame is ok or if it's been rubbing for awhile, you may have to touch up the frame with black paint.

Also those front lower windshield plastic corners make noise after you've been off roading in a dusty environment.

AND, the engine hood latch and rubber bumpers make a sound that I was convinced was a front suspension issue. Long story short I have to wash these areas and lube after off roading. The trails out here are extremely! Dusty.
