Hopefully this saves someone the time of trying all of the different sets of X-Gauge codes like I just did. These are the codes that worked for my 2018 but supposedly they are for all 2004+ 4Runners (they are the second set of codes for each input on the ScanGauge website https://www.scangauge.com/support/x-gauge-commands/toyota-lexus-scion/)

    Transmission Fluid Temp
    TXD: 07E02182
    RXF: 046105820000
    RXD: 2808
    MTH: 00090005FFD8

    Tire Pressure 2 (Passenger Front)
    TXD: 822AF02138
    RXF: 546180004000
    RXD: 3008
    MTH: 001D0008FF6F

    Tire Pressure 3 (Driver Rear)
    TXD: 822AF02138

    Tire Pressure 4 (Passenger Rear)
    TXD: 822AF02138

    RXD: 4008
    MTH: 001D0008FF6F
    Name: TP4

Not sure what other codes work for the 5th Gen but this would be a great thread for anyone else to share. I'm hoping this thread will be a useful reference in the future when new codes appear (with updates) or for new Scangauge users.

Just found this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y6_n0URW0FA&ab_channel=MarkMollat) which rounds the tire pressure to a whole number. Apparently all that needs adjusting are the RXF and MTH values (listed below) for each of the above Tire Pressure codes. I have not tried these yet but will plan to report back when I do.

    RXF: 546100004000
    MTH: 001D0050FFF2

I wasn't able to find a concise list of XGauges that work for the 4Runner specifically so I spent some time compiling the list myself. Below is the list that works on my 4Runner and I'm sure they work for at least the 2014-2019 years (if not all of the 5th gens).

All three air fuel ratio gauges read the same when I input them and I'm not sure where they are each read from. I also didn't try the fuel trim or catalyst gauges because I'm not familiar with the data and it would be pretty much useless to me.

For those looking to try others, here is the link to all of the OBDII XGauges (4Runner uses CANSF): https://www.scangauge.com/support/x-gauge-commands/standard-obdii/

And here is the link to Toyota specific XGauges: https://www.scangauge.com/support/x-gauge-commands/toyota-lexus-scion/

Sorry for the dumb question (maybe) :
How does the scanguage know tpms position, even after tire rotation? Does the 4runners without individual readout on dash have this function? They all have same tpms system?

I can't speak for the 2020+ but my 2018 stores the location of each TPMS sensor in the ECU (well technically there is a separate computer module for the TPMS system but that is semantics that I don't want to clutter this thread with). The ScanGauge only reads the ECU information and spits it out into the gauges. If you rotate your tires, you will need to update the locations in the 4Runner's ECU, otherwise the ScanGauge will display the incorrect locations.

Looks like I have the TFT working on 2024 ORP, running scangauge II code 4.06 (18 year old scangauge).

    Waiting.... for wife's permission...
The data is there, but untill a few years ago, toyota didn't display individual tire pressure. I got tired of my warning light going off and never knowing which tire it was. So I installed a display that shows the data transmitted from each factory tire sensor. Did a post about it on her a while back. Still going strong in my 2016 4runner limited... - https://www.4runners.com/conversations/any-update-on-the-tpms.30319/
    Hope this helps.
