I have a 2021 Limited and the specs "say" it has 2 USB ports in the front (and 2 in the back). I can't for the life of me find the second USB port in the front. Anyone know where it is or are the specs wrong? - Thanks.

I’ve understood the USB count is one media port in front and two charge ports in the rear.
    Maybe Limited trim is different

Have you looked inside the center console? Bottom front.

My 2021 TRD ORP also says that in the specs, but there's definitely only one usb port in the front. Nothing in the center console (yes, we all looked there). I did find a little plastic bag with a toyota branded dual usb charging device that fits in one of the 12v ports - maybe they count that.

I just bought a 2021 TRD ORP, it is the media USB and a double USB (charging ports only) right next to the media port, so technically 3 in the front. It also has a double on the back side of the console for the back seaters. Weird that this isn’t on yours w/ the same trim level.

my wife has it out and about, I will have to double check when I can and see if the dual front is a plug in from the dealership.

To add to my above, Definitely a double USB hard wired in. Sorry, kind of blurry

Ok - mine has a 12v standard round outlet where that is. I'd guess yours is an add-on thing.

That's an option in the factory build: USB Dual Power Port (Front Only) $129

I put this tray in my center console. It plugs into the 12v power port and it has a USB port and wireless charging. Works very well. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08V88HWRJ?ie=UTF8

Hey guys its been years! Just got a 2021 TRD Premium and I was asking the same question to myself today. Those other usb ports (pictured) are just for charging. If it doesn’t have the usb symbol, the stereo won’t see it. I’m still wondering where this usb 2 port is (if it even exists). My fix would be to get a switchable USB switcher on that lonely port.
