At dealer with new 4 runner Venture, 1200 Miles. Pulls to right, steering wheel shakes a bit above 50- I'm thinking this beast should be smooth-especially brand new!
Dealer service tells me they will look but " It's designed to pull to right if driver gets incapacitated- no head on colision"
    Whaaat?
    Is this actually true???

I would find a different shop.

Yeah, your dealer sounds lazy. Go somewhere else. Vehicles track straight. When they don't, something is wrong.

    None.
I just had the same issue with my 2021 SR5 Premium and I took it three times to the dealer. On the third time, they put it on the alignment machine and found out that it was a bad alignment from the factory apparently.

Pulling to the right is an alignment issue.

Shaking at 50mph is a balancing issue.

Both can be fixed at a good shop.

Dealers notoriously suck. I always take my 4RUNNER to an independent shop. They stand by their work.
