Rim blistering

On my 2008 4Runner Limited on my wheels I have little blistering places some large some small all around my wheel in various places. The paint hasn't popped off yet but it is close. These little blistering spots are on all 4 wheels. Is my fix to wire brush each spot clean and repaint with touch up or go to a body and fender shop and have them do all 4 wheels off the truck professionally?

 

I had a 2008 Tacoma and the wheels also had some spots where the paint popped off. some from blistering like yours and others from bit of gravel that hit the rear rims. I just let it go, I figured if it ever bugged me enough I would pull them off and have them powder coated

 

the best results are gonna be from blasting/repainting which actually isn't ridiculously expensive, you can touch it up but I'm not sure about the color matching
