    At Minaret Summit, you are right at the start of the Deadmans Pass 4x4 trail, rated easy. Hopefully you ticked it off the list. It goes up the ridge North from the turn off to the parking lot. In couple of spots there are slightly more difficult parallel options. Lingering snow could bump it to an intermediate or advanced rating.     The first is Twin Lakes in Mammoth.

    The third is Minaret Summit in Mammoth, like DRH said. I didn't get to do Deadman Pass. This was a solo fishing trip and I didn't have any recovery gear with me. Didn't think it would be smart to jump on a trail I've never been on by myself.

    The second pic is Alabama Hills, west of Lone Pine and at the base of Mount Whitney.
