Hello, All! Looking forward to contributing on this Forum; seems like a great group of Folks.

    Question:

As an owner of MANY Toyota Vehicles (2k LC [100 Series] , Lex LS460, IS300-etc) the first thing I noticed is that the PS Fluid i checked was the typical CLEAR PS fluid, not the RED ATF I am used to using. IF the PO or dealership filled/replaced with standard PS Fluid, can i drain the Rez and fill with ATF, or will it require a full flush- and will there be any damage to be concerned about?

Does the "new" spec fluid not have that same "clear" yellowish appearance? I am thinking NO, but not sure. Please advise.

THanks to everyone in advance. This is my third 4r (1997, 2002, 2016).

    Why?

    I'd stick with OEM fluids.
