215k on 4x4

New to forum today. Looking to pickup a 3rd gen possibly soon. Have looked at a 2001 and 2002 today. Leaning toward 02 4x but curious as miles are high and no records. Owner left it sitting so I could start up cold and no smoke on start up, revved just fine. Drove fine and tranny shifted fine. Went into 4x4 mode both high and lo with no issues. Mostly rust free under truck except and not seeing anyleaks from anyplace and just a bit of grease on drive line. Anything else to look for? I've been reading on this 3rd gen model a lot . I had looked at a 2wheel drive but this 4x popped up and going to offer $5200 for it since he can't find receipt for timing belt, water pump replacement last year. He wants$6k currently. Thanks for any input
