What have you done to your 5th Gen 4Runner today?

I scored a Yakima bike rack from CL for $50 [I had to get keys made so that was an extra $26, but I think it was a great buy]
Also did a relocate of the rear diff breather.

 

That is a nice security system you have there.

Get a rottie and a german shepherd and NOBODY will go near it.

 

Just rolled 500 miles on the runner. And installed the C4 lopro and Sherpa rack on the same day

Ironman Foam Cell Pros, Ryder RR01s and Falken Wildpeak 285/70s will be installed in the coming weeks. This is escalating quickly.

 

Oh and I also installed sequential LED turns and euro blue convex mirrors with signals.

Just got home from vacation and these we’re waiting for me

 

Got the new storage system started. With the storms coming it will be another week before the drawers are done but will we will have 2 drawers one 6”x30” and the other 8”x30” there will be a full pas through on the bottom to store our chairs, extra cv axle, mis parts incase we break something etc. I am contemplating moving the arb dual from the engine bay to the back of the drawer box and running a line under to the back bumper but not sure on that yet.

Took the PPF off my front bumper. It wasn’t applied very well and had some flaws in the corners.

 

Went kayaking and goose tried to pose with my truck

 

Upgraded front door and dash tweeter speakers yesterday. Sounds much better.

Installed subwoofer under passenger seat today. Now low beat is on!

They work for me...I've been considering new wheels for a couple of years now but yall know how it is...I'd rather spend my green backs on other goodies

Lmao right. It wasn’t too terrible. 150.00 for two sheets of 3/4 birch and then we went back last night and got a third piece of 1/4” for 40.00. I spent more on the wood than I did the the 250# locking slides

With front door, tweeter changed to ALPINE speakers, and added this amplifier and subwoofer, sounds deeper also crisp...much much better

 

Cut some plastic from the mudflaps so I could reinstall them. It's the only thing I've cut so far since I've had the 295s.



I rub the front bumper in reverse. I must have rubbed enough off that I don't rub going forward anymore. I rub less on the other side.

 

Crutchfield provided free harness with purchase of speaker.
