Just bought it from a guy,he jumped it with the small noco unit(jumper).Drove it on a trailer, brought it home, tried to jump with battery to get it off the trailer, nothing would happen. We pushed it off in front of my house.Removed the old battery, replaced with a new one.headlights come on but nothing else at all shows sign of power.I strat checking around and the 100 amp fuse under hood that says "alt"is blown.Tried to pull it out,but only the plastic came out,I am guessing either it was not to be pulled out or its welded now in there.Where to go from here?

None. Bone Stock. EXCEPT: Brushguard, tow hitch, both welded to the frame. It's good to have friends and a fully equipped garage!
To get out, you need to take the upper part of the fuse box out. Just a couple small bolts, and a catch in the fuse box. The part of the fuse box that has the fusible links in it, the 100, 80, and 40 amp one. The look like fuses, but Toyota calls them fusible links. They screw in from the bottom. There's a wire there from the battery, one from the alternator, etc.

I wonder what caused that stuff to blow.

    I'd be on high alert.

That Fusible 100Amp link should NEVER blow. To blow that, something went very very wrong. I've heard it blowing only when someone has hooked up a shop battery charger backwards.
