Excited to add another Toyota to our stable! I have 2019 Tundra TRD Sport in MGM and we just got a 2021 Nautical Blue Venture Edition 4 Runner for my wife. We’ve had it one week today and the mods have already started. First thing to go was the Yakima rack and yesterday we added the Westcott Designs lift with Toyo AT3 285/70/17. Next up: ceramic tint, Westcott Designs 0 degree sliders and roof rack, black exhaust tip, console safe, Lamix-x door guards and amber fog light film. Happy to be here with all of you!

Thanks Bob. It’s great that this site looks and feels so much like tundras.com.

Makes getting up to speed a cinch :)

Howdy! Been in AZ since ‘85 and never been to Bisbee, I’ve heard it’s a really cool place

Welcome from Phoenix. What are your thoughts on the westcott lift? What exactly did you have done? How's the ride and are you having any vacation?

Hey Joe…we went with their standard lift which levels the vehicle. I believe it’s 3 in the front and 2 in the back but I’m not certain. We originally went this route because full coilover kits are nowhere to be found, but I have to say it drives amazingly well. My wife has already driven it 2000 miles to and from TX and absolutely loves it. Her only complaint is that it is a little hard getting into the rig with the lift. Wescott sliders go on tomorrow.

Andrew, thank you for your reply! It helps to talk to others that have done what you are considering. Your truck looks awesome! I love the stance. My 4Runner is also my wife's. Lol and I just want to do it right and don't want it to be to harsh riding. I appreciate you getting back to me so quickly. Happy wheeling!

I was worried about a harsh ride too but I think it drives great. I have stage 5 Icons on my tundra and I can tell you I will have no problem “borrowing” the 4R whenever I need too. I really liked working with Wescott Designs. They have lots of options and there’s no pressure. They just want you to be happy so they will ask lots of questions. Jeff the owner and Brian in sales spent a lot of time with me so that also fells great too. I also really like that they are local and just a few minutes from my house.

Thanks…the blue is really nice! It was easy to jump right into the mods as I had done many of the same things to my Tundra :D

That is so welcoming to hear . So heard to find a shop / company that is willing to listen to what the costumer wants that stands behind there product. I also just live about 5 minutes from them. I am really happy to hear that it has a good ride and with no issues like vibrations ect. Thank you again I really appreciate all the info !
