I have a buddy with a 02 4x4 sr5 4runner that recently had a lower ball joint fail on the trail (passenger side) which led to a broken CV, busted brake line, and broke the upper ball joint as well and left the lca in the dirt and tire stuffed into the fender. We replaced all parts that were broken and also bled the brake system. Since then it pulls violently to the left upon hard braking, then will straighten out perfectly when you let off the brake. We did new broke rotors, pads, and calipers and re bled the system and it still does it just as bad. Also had 2 alignments. Suspension is in good shape only about 10 month old bilstein setup on 2.5 inch lift on 265s. steering components seem like they are tight and operating correctly. Lca bushings do seem worn but we don’t suspect that to be the cause of the pull. Any suggestions?

    Brake issue.

Did you replace the brake line?

I would think a pinched brake line

Maybe the brake fluid proportioning valve. My wife's 98 does the same thing sometimes, just not as bad.
Have not had it looked at yet, but that's my hunch.

For whatever reason you have no braking on the right front, check the metal brake line from where it is attached to the rubber brake hose back to where it passes into the engine compartment, may be damaged at some point, Good Luck

None. Bone Stock. EXCEPT: Brushguard, tow hitch, both welded to the frame. It's good to have friends and a fully equipped garage!
I dunno, a quick tube of tooth paste through the eye into the brain worked good for Bun-Bun, when he faced off with a Cavity Creep. Maybe a can of car wax, for 4Runner Jerks? :D Heck, just call Bun-Bun. Let him deal with them, in his own, incredibly violent, way.

Apparently, hitting the brakes hard works, though, especially if they're chasing you. Put in a nice drop hitch, and watch them crack their shins on it. I know I always do. And it HURTS.

    Ok, I'll shut up now...
