Does anyone have any experience with shipping a vehicle ? Looking for a good company that is priced reasonably and will be reliable.

    Thanks in advance

I recently used one from TN to TX (although I didn't set it up, the dealership did.) Only downside was the time frame from the dealer suggested was different than the drivers. I am sure it was all a bunch of he said she said but, in the end, I have my vehicle and they didn't do a bad job. If you google car shipping I believe it was "reliable car transport." (the receipt is somewhere...)

Obviously want to have a preinspection done before loading and one after. Best of luck!!

They should remind you but if you have an "EZ Pass" tolling transponder be sure to take it out of the car or it will be charged going through all the tolls on the way.

I have not done it personally but heard many good things about Reliable Transport Carriers (big orange trucks).

I know a lot of people with classic cars and they ship them to Michigan outside of Detroit in August for a big event called the "Woodward Dream Cruise". I priced shipping an old truck from TX to MI for inside storage and it was about $1,400 two years ago.

Anyone who enjoys cars should see the Woodward Dream Cruise--lots of old classics cruising up and down a 12-15 mile stretch of 4 lane traffic each way. Back in the day my Dad used to race on this road back when muscle cars were popular. It was popular hang out then and in recent years has regulars out there each weekend.

I started to SoCal to p/u my FJ40 but heart failure cut my trip short. I used a company (AutoVocity Transport) that charged $1300 to transport from Glendale (Cali) to Wenatchee, WA. Talk to James; he seemed helpful.
