95 runner 3.0 brakes and power steering

    both brakes and power steering went out at same time while driving. It's my uncles runner he said he seen fluid all over the radiator but it's dried up. now and he also says all his fluids are still full. Please help if you have any ideas

    Doug Thorley long tube headers and lots of mud
    Has anyone bled the brakes at all? Possible solution there. Could mean your master cylinder is going out though. As far as the power steering is concerned I'm not sure as I haven't really had any issues there. I do know that the power steering lines run very close to the bottom of the radiator so maybe there is a problem there? Not sure though since the fluid is full. Check the tension on the belt, make sure the pulley is not slipping or jammed.
