Just picked up a 98 4runner SR5 4WD with 133K original miles and looking for tire input/suggestions. Current tires look ok for next 5K or so but plan on upgrading in the near future.

Mostly going to be used as a spare vehicle used for local errands driven on highway and side roads around town near Charlotte NC, but also may be occasionally taken to the NC mountains. Looking for something quieter but also aggressive enough for when I need to go 4wd.

    Thanks for any input!

Can't go wrong with BFG KO2s, I love mine and they're not too loud
