Need some advice...Has anyone had issues with a P2445 for the secondary air injection system? I've replaced the check valves, control valve, air pump, control driver and all the vacuum hoses. I'm stumped at this point. This is for a 2005 4runner 4.7.

Is there a relay for this system? I'm not sure how it works on Toyotas, but I just got done doing this air pump job on a '05 Trailblazer. Check the electrical end of this system for fuse and relay continuity. If you have done so already, sorry, not up to speed on the emission systems.

This is a pretty rampant problem. They make a bypass kit (maybe on Burtman Industries). I had one installed on my old 06 2UZ and solved the problem right up. You seem to be mechanically inclined enough to change out the pump. It is located just under the intake plenum, might be worth doing that?

Edit: It looks like you've replaced the pump... wish I could be of more help! Cheers

I checked the fuse and relays. Everything there is okay. From what I've read online, I feel like the only other thing to replace is the ECM/ECU.
