I plan to change my diff oil tomorrow.

Is 75W90 alright to use in the diff (non locking diff)?

What is the Toyota part number for the crush washers that you use for the diff drain plugs?

None. Bone Stock. EXCEPT: Brushguard, tow hitch, both welded to the frame. It's good to have friends and a fully equipped garage!
75W90 is fine for a wide range of climates. Not for a miserable, nasty, hot, dessicated (and I wish I could think of more superlatives right now. I hated Yuma!), place like Yuma, Az, but most places.

The thing to remember, I understand, is the GL- rating.
The diffs, I believe, should be GL-4, and the tranny GL-5. I might well have that bassackwards, though. I usually get it backwards, no matter what. I even put a PostIt on my screen, but my kitten ran off with it, and I can't find it. :(

I just checked YotaTech. I got it right! HA! Take THAT you darn leaky brain! AND you, you sneaky, rotten, little kitten...

I don't know if they changed things much, but my 2 87's still have the factory provided crush washers on the trannies and differentials. I've had the pickup since 88, and the 4Runner since 97, and kept up a regular change of the fluids on both, so it's not like I never take the drain plugs/fill plugs out.
I haven't had the 99 long enough to change anything, yet, though, so I can't say about it's washers.

    Good luck, and have fun!

Seems kinda high to me, but that link specifies
Pretty tight, but I guess with a new crush washer on, it will NOT leak :)

    Have fun!
