Did this work? I need a tensioner pulley and can't find anything on it. All I can find is the whole assembly.

    Is this it?

Seller is called "AutoProAmerica" and seems to be legit. Theyre touted by Ford and Jeep Chrysler mechanics as good aftermarket OEM equivalent sellers so you could try it? Didnt see any input from Toyota folks. Otherwise I didnt see anything outside of the whole tensioner assembly like you mention

I installed the AutoProAmerica pulley in 2023 and it's still working fine: https://www.ebay.com/itm/224202113145

Note the included bolt is too short, so I simply reused the factory bolt. Note the tensioner pulley bolt is LH thread.

The lower idler pulley also fits on the tensioner.

Perfect thanks. Were the bolts hard to remove?

^Lower idler required double-wrench method due to crowding by the oil cooler. The tensioner pulley gave no trouble: https://www.4runners.com/posts/438971

Put an allen key in the tensioner hold-open hole.
