99 Limited - build

I just purchased this two owner 99 Limited with 159k miles. Good service history and no rust on frame and undercarriage. Interior is clean and the only thing I'm going to do inside is rewrap the leather steering wheel and upgrade the audio system.

I just did the audio with a Jensen head unit, JBL hideaway sub, JBL door speakers and tweeters.

Next it will be going to the mechanic this week for the following.

timing belt and water pump
New starter and alternator
Replace belts
New battery
Tune up
Transmission fluid replace
Rear differential fluid replace
Rear brake job
CVJ axles 9168TR
Toytec Aluma Series Boss Suspension System 2"-3"
Total Chaos UCA
Callahan front brake kit powder coated red(TBU)
Akebono brake pads
17" Bronze TRD Pro wheels
Yokohama Geolandar X-AT 285's they're just so heavy I may go with the GEO AT as they're about 6lbs lighter.


After that in mid June it will go to paint and body to get it freshened up. All molding and bumpers repainted (previous owner had them painted the wrong color). Respray the hood and front fenders, door handles, roof rack and rear wind deflector and license plate plastic molding all painted and refreshed to like new condition. All gold emblems painted flat bronze to match the wheels.

When that's all done I'll see how much money I have left and possibly do a Magnuson supercharger. I'll keep updating this thread with pics along the way as I make progress.

lift kit installed. new starter, alternator, battery, timing belt, water pump, oil pump, rear main seal, CV Axles, lower control arms, LBJ, rear brakes, all fluids replaced. all belts replaced.

Next up - TBU, wheels and tires. Extended sway bar links.

 

Did great on the first trip to Baja. Removed the side steps and trimmed some fender/bumper so no rubbing with 33's.
